We loved everything. All was already mentioned by others, this is simply the best place in Matara, feels like home, would chose again.
The property was in a remote location in Matara. As it was so remote it was a great place to relax. The pool area was like a resort and there was a small private beach area. The staff were wonderful and extremely kind to us. We used the bikes to cycle to Matara and to get to the local restaurants. Polhena Beach was a short cycle away and an easy walk. We saw turtles.
The owner was a perfect host. Lots of restaurants within 10-15 min walk. The room was lovely. The garden and pool - amazing! Situated on a tiny private beach but is enough for a quick dip. Short walk to a lovely beach.
